We have a massive opportunity to craft our lives and our workplaces the way we believe they should be: where kindness, positivity, empathy, and possibility run free, where curiosity, collaboration, and thoughtfulness are prized, and where everyone feels seen and safe.

We all have pilot lights. I just know in my bones that as long as my pilot light remains lit, and I’m able to feel my feet on the ground, and know that I am supported by my fellow Optimistic Rebels, I’ll keep one foot in front of the other and be part of a better future.
